Terms and Conditions

1. The Contest starts at 00:00:00 on 28th June 2022 and closes at 23:59:59 on 3rd July 2022.

2. The Contest is open to all Malaysian Citizens and permanent residents in Malaysia aged 18 years and above with valid identification number (MyKad or MyPR) as on 28th June 2022.

3. Employees of Winwa Medical Sdn Bhd and BIG Pharmacy Group and their immediate family members (spouses, children, parents and siblings) shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest.

4. Every RM100 and above purchase on “Participating Products” in a single receipt is eligible for ONE (1) lucky draw entry within the contest period.

5. This Contest is only valid for purchase of “Participating Products” in BIG Pharmacy Group within above stated contest period.

1. There is no limit to the number of submissions with valid purchases during the Contest Period.

2. Retain the Original Receipt or Proof of Purchase for verification purposes.

3. All entries must be received by Winwa Medical Sdn Bhd on or before 23:59:59 on 3rd July 2022.

 

Verification of Entries

1. Clear snapshot of the Proof of Purchase indicating the product(s), receipt number, date of receipt, value/price and outlet name

2. Validity of the purchased date (within promotion period)

3. Purchase requirement fulfilled (above RM100 and above)

4. Complete Personal Details as required

5. No Duplication of Receipt(s)  

6. E-Commerce receipt will be accepted as Proof of Purchase  

7. No alteration of receipt in any form; store name, item(s) purchased, prices, quantity and transaction date  

8. Disqualified receipt/document as proof of purchase includes: 

1. Credit Card Slips

2. Hand-Written Receipts

3. Refund/Return of Purchase Slips

4. Delivery Note

5. Receipts Not Printed from a Cash Register (POS system)

Winner Selection

1. A total of SEVEN (7) winners will be selected at the end of the Contest Period.

2nd Prize: 5 x Xiaomi Mi Smart Band 6, worth RM189

2. Winwa Medical Sdn Bhd will contact all shortlisted Winners via WhatsApp or contact the mobile numbers from which Winwa Medical Sdn Bhd received of the Entry.

3. Winwa Medical Sdn Bhd will announce the shortlisted Winners on BIG Pharmacy Group Instagram and Facebook page on 15th July 2022.

4. Winwa Medical Sdn Bhd will not be held liable in the event the shortlisted winners cannot be contacted for whatever reasons. Another winner will be picked if more than 5 calls are unanswered or exceeded the stipulated time frame to revert for the verification.

5. Winwa Medical Sdn Bhd shall reserve the right to request for evidence of the original Proof of Purchase (hardcopy) for verification and prize redemption. Failure to produce the hard copy of the Proof of Purchase upon request will result in disqualification and prize forfeiture.

6. 1 participant is eligible to win maximum of one (1) prize throughout the contest period only.

Prize Claim and Delivery

1. Prize(s) will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the Participants within 2 – 3 weeks. Winwa Medical Sdn Bhd reserves the right to at its absolute discretion to extend the timeline as Winwa Medical Sdn Bhd deems necessary.  

2. Winwa Medical Sdn Bhd shall exercise care in delivering the Prize[s] but Winwa Medical Sdn Bhd will not be held liable in the event of non-receipt, delayed or damaged delivery of the Prize(s) to the Participant[s]. All unclaimed Prize[s] will be forfeited.  

3. In the event there is a manufacturing defect, the Participant must return the said Prize[s] to Winwa Medical Sdn Bhd at his/her own cost, undamaged and in its original packaging for a replacement within 1 weeks of receipt of the Prize[s] failing which the Prize will not be replaced.  

 

4. Winwa Medical Sdn Bhd shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to substitute any of the Prize[s] shown with another Premium of similar value, at any time without prior notice.  No cash alternatives or refunds will be offered.

5. Any additional costs not specifically stated in the Terms & Conditions of Entry in relation to a Prize shall be the responsibility of the Winner.   

6. Prize(s) are given out on an “as it is” basis. The Prize shall be used/taken entirely at the risk of the Participants and Winwa Medical Sdn Bhd excludes all warranties and liabilities in connection with the Prize to the fullest extent permitted by law.  

7. Prizes are strictly not transferable, assignable, exchangeable or redeemable by the Participant in any other form or manner other than that specified by Winwa Medical Sdn Bhd.

 

Additional Terms

1. Winwa Medical Sdn Bhd reserves the right in its sole discretion, without prior notice, and without any liability to any person, at any time to change the Terms and Conditions including to change the Contest Period, make Prize substitutions, cancel, terminate or suspend the Contest in whole or in part. In the event of any changes to the Terms and Conditions, Participants agree that their continued participation in the Contest will constitute their acceptance of the Terms and Conditions.

2. Winwa Medical Sdn Bhd, and/or representatives shall not be liable to any Participant in respect of any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, or for personal injury suffered or sustained by the Participant arising out of or in connection with the participation by the Participant in the Contest, as well as the redemption and/or utilization of any Prize won.

3. Winwa Medical Sdn Bhd decision on all matters relating to the Promotion including judging and selection of winners will be final, binding and conclusive on all Participants, and no correspondence or appeals will be entertained.

4. By participating in this Contest, participants consent to give their personal information and Winwa Medical Sdn Bhd reserves the right to publish, use the participants and winners’ names and/or photographs plus their entries for purposes of publicity, advertising and/or trade without further compensation or notice and each participant is not entitled to make any claims for the use of their entries by Winwa Medical Sdn Bhd.

5. By submitting an entry to the Contest, Participants are deemed to have understood and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions.
