1. Eligibility

• Promotion is valid only for purchases of RM100 or RM 200 worth of OSTEOACTIV in a single receipt made at selected BIG Pharmacy and CARiNG Pharmacy outlets.

• Purchases of RM100 will receive a RM10 rebate voucher, while purchases of RM200 will receive a RM20 rebate voucher.

• Vouchers can be redeemed only at Decathlon Nu Empire Mall with the original physical receipt as proof of purchase.

• Each customer is entitled to a maximum of 2 redemptions throughout the campaign period.

 

2. Redemption Period & Voucher Usage

• Each voucher is valid for 1 week from the date of redemption.

• Purchase and voucher redemption must be completed before 23:59 on 31 December 2025.

• The RM10 rebate voucher requires a minimum purchase of RM50 at Decathlon Nu Empire Mall.

• The RM20 rebate voucher requires a minimum purchase of RM100 at Decathlon Nu Empire Mall.

 

3. Rights & Disclaimer

• Vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable for cash, and valid only within the stated period.

• Lost, stolen, damaged, or expired vouchers will not be replaced or reissued.

• Voucher usage is subject to Decathlon’s sole discretion and store policies.

• Decathlon reserves the right to amend, postpone, reschedule, or terminate the campaign or redemption program at any time without prior notice.

• Winwa Medical Sdn. Bhd. and the participating pharmacies are not responsible for any failed or unsuccessful redemptions.

• The organizer’s decision on all matters relating to this promotion is final and binding. No correspondence will be entertained.

• By participating, customers agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and any amendments made by the organizer.
